Accounting Team
Job title: Accounting / HR (정산 및 총무)
Location: Carrolton, DFW
Responsibilities:
• Record cash flow balance between the drivers and the vendors.
• Create and review bills and invoices.
• Monitoring the cash management process and determine accuracy of cash reporting
• Fixed and confirmed receipt/payment ledger entries by accounting procedures.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or administration
• AR / AP using QuickBooks
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines required.
Transportation Team
Job title: Transportation Specialist (운송주선업)
Location: Carrolton, DFW
Responsibilities:
• Managing truck drivers' schedules and routes
• Providing shipping details to customers
• Reviewing logs of truck drivers
• Customer Service
• Negotiating rates and delivery time lines
• Provide daily activity reports to management
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related job position
• Some knowledge of trucking regulations and rules
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to stay calm in fast-paced situations
• Proficient in English / Korean
Base salary: Based on experience and knowledge
