Type: Direct-Hire | Full-Time | DISPATCHER

Location: US – COPPELL, TX

 

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointment times as required meeting designated delivery windows set by the customer.

• Dispatch drivers to pull shipments and delivery to customer`s receiving sites.

• Communicate with customers to provide information on shipment status to communicate anticipated service issues, new pick-up and delivery times and alternative solutions where possible.

• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.

• Manage drivers; checking on requirements and providing essential trainings with Safety team.

 

Qualifications

• MS Office required (Excel, Word)

• Organizational, interpersonal communication and computer skills.

• Detail-oriented and work effectively under pressure while meeting all applicable deadlines.

• Ability to establish and maintain professional atmosphere for, co-workers and customers.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Korean/English bilingual
