1. Type: Full-Time Position
2. Responsibilities
• Receive and process order entry in a timely manner.
• Release purchase orders and manage them using our database (SAP)
• Generate and manage all sales-related supporting documents.
• Receive and process invoices from vendors by their required due dates.
• Communicate with customer and HQ in Korea regarding sales order and quotes.
• Communicate with outside vendors including freight companies for freight arrangements
• Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
• Performing other duties as assigned
3. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be familiar and have practical experience with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, SAP, and other applicable software.
• Complex problem-solving skills required.
• Detail oriented and organizations skills required.
• Preferred experience in logistics realted tasks.
• Effective communication in both Korean and English.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

1. Type: Part-Time Position
• 4 hrs./day -> 20 hrs./week
•$20/hr.
2. Responsibilities
• Receive and process order entry in a timely manner.
• Release purchase orders and manage them using our database (SAP)
